Awesome experience with Cannadash and quick ! Product was intact no damage and arrived within a few days.Posted on GooglePhoebe537 days agoExcellent customer service! I purchased an accessory product from them (which was way more affordable on their shop compared to others) and it came in a week, in full protective packaging and a nice note! Unfortunately a small plastic piece had snapped after about a month (no fault of their own), so i contacted them about it. Their customer service rep contacted back promptly and after describing the issue to them, they immediately contacted the manufacturer and got back to me in an efficient manner offering a full replacement provided free! The replacement came within 5 days of my initial email! Not only were they timely and efficient, but their communication was incredibly compassionate and kind! They knew what they were talking about, i was not passed off to other team members, and was overall very impressed with their service. By far the best customer service from an online retailer I’ve ever experienced!Posted on GoogleAllan410 days agogreat to deal with!!Posted on GoogleHmm644 days agoUploaded a script and tga approval. I didn’t opt for the faster shipping. It arrived the next day express post at 6pm. So impressed with the way they do businessPosted on GoogleSean645 days agoI have found the service from the team at Cannadash to be exceptional.
