Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I purchased the Fenix NEO Dry Herb Vaporiser which was despatched and received in a timely manner. The device is of the highest quality, I think I'm qualified to say having purchased a dozen or so models over the past decade. Some or most I try for a couple of medications to then toss them in a draw. This one however has potential to become my go to device. It's a convection oven, I normally prefer conduction however in recent times I've found conduction vapour gets harsh. This convection model is proving to cool the vapour nicely. The unit is sturdy with a pleasant rubberised coating and nicely sized oven capable of ~ 0,25g of flower when not packed too tightly, but I rarely need this much for my evening medication. I can recommend this item. Thank you.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Ordered a new vape as these guys were the only company in Australia that I’ve found selling it so far. Order placed at 1:47 pm. I didn’t opt for the faster shipping. It arrived the next day express post at 6pm. So impressed with the way they do business

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had trouble with escript tokens. I just ring, talk to pharmacist and scripts are filled. Paid by secure online.
Friends ordered from elsewhere and i noted more expensive than cannadash.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Excellent customer service!
I purchased an accessory product from them (which was way more affordable on their shop compared to others) and it came in a week, in full protective packaging and a nice note!

Unfortunately a small plastic piece had snapped after about a month (no fault of their own), so i contacted them about it. Their customer service rep contacted back promptly and after describing the issue to them, they immediately contacted the manufacturer and got back to me in an efficient manner offering a full replacement provided free! The replacement came within 5 days of my initial email!

Not only were they timely and efficient, but their communication was incredibly compassionate and kind! They knew what they were talking about, i was not passed off to other team members, and was overall very impressed with their service. By far the best customer service from an online retailer I’ve ever experienced!
